The County Showground contains a business park which supports the economy of The Agricultural Society throughout the year. These businesses are varied and diverse. They range from the weekly Sunday Market and Saturday Car Boot Sale, National Car Hire, Haulage, Go Karting and many others. There is also office space to hire, as well as building space to hold concerts, wedding receptions and such like.

The Parkhouse Building measures 240 x 50 foot. Its main use is for Exhibition like events, although large social events such as the Pembrokeshire Hunt Ball are also staged here.

The Pavilion has a public entertainments license to accommodate 400 in a fixed seating arrangement, or 300 loosely seated. Uses vary from wedding receptions, to birthday parties, group meeting and business conferences. It has a bar facility and an attached kitchen, fitted with cookers, oven, dishwasher etc.
