Top Quality Livestock
Top quality exhibits are always on display in Pembrokeshire, Dairy & Beef Cattle classes are always well represented on days one and two, there is also a large Sheep Show and Pig Show on day three. You will also see competitions for Angora Goats and Pygmy Goats.
Equine Competitions
You can fill your three days enjoying the horse showing competitions, classes can be found for all native Welsh breeds, as well as classes for miniature shetlands, heavy horses, sport horses, hunters and children's riding, to name but a few.
B.S.J.A. Show Jumping Competition
Staged at Pembrokeshire is one of the Country's top BSJA Registered Show Jumping competitions. The 'International Stairway Series' is a competition that is supported by the BSJA Business Partnership and the County Show venues hosting the classes (Pembrokeshire being one of eight shows), the series has a purse of £60,000 prize money. The series is set to attract some of the Country's top horse and rider combinations providing a fantastic platform to showcase British Show Jumping at its very best.
Pembrokeshire Show Jumping Series Championship
The P.S.J.S. was founded in 1988 with a view to help young riders in the Pembrokeshire area to compete in Show Jumping. The qualifying rounds take place from October onwards, with the final being held on the first day of the Pembrokeshire Show. It is always a well suppported event that provides a springboard for our local competitors to advance into Senior competitions.
Other Competitions
You will also be able to find competitions and exhibitions in Horticulture, Cookery, Craft, & Photography, as well as Caged Birds, Poultry, Kennel Club Registered Open Dog Show, and a thrilling three-day Dog Agility Show.
Attractions
Back this year by popular demand...Titan the Robot and Lennie the Land Train.Last year you told us how much you loved both Titan and Lennie, so we're bringing them back for this year's show. Also thrilling the crowds will be the Bolddog "Lings" Freestyle Motorcycle Team - the Show features the UK's top-ranked freestyle motocross riders, incorporating the latest heart-stopping tricks. Between displays you can visit the interactive stand where you can get a closer look at the bikes and meet the riders. Other attractions include the Llanelli Scarlets Summer Camp where there will be rugby skills demonstrations for budding junior players, a Sheep Dog and Duck display, Pole Climbers and the Welsh Axe Team who can be found the the Countryside and Conservation area. Plus YFC demonstrations as well as a superb Vintage Tractor and Implement competition.

Visit over 600 Trade Stands, sample whats on offer locally and nationally in the Food Hall, or browse through the Prendergast Arena, and the Craft/Shopping Malls.
Finding your way around
The show is made up of 5 Zones:
Zone A - comprises of the Countryside and Conservation Area, J E Lawrence Livestock Arena, Poultry Show, President & Members Pavilion, Food Hall, Craft, Cookery, Horticulture & Photography competitions, Cage Bird Show, and various business and agricultural traders.
Zone B - this is where you will find the large agricultural contractors/suppliers, as well as many other traders, also the Angora & Pygmy Goat Shows, and the Open Dog Show will be staged in this area. The Ridegway Entertainment Arena is here, where the main attractions can be seen. It is also the home for the Vintage Tractor and Implement Show.
Zone C / D / E - bulges with a variety of trade stands, from car dealerships, outdoor building specialists, clothing suppliers and many more. Also sited on 8th Avenue (Z.D) are the Craft and shopping malls together with a new foodcourt. You will also find the exciting 3-day Dog Agility competition on 8th Avenue. Fun rides are also located in this area.

Food Courts are sited in Zones A, B, D and E, where refreshments to suit all tastes are available.
Supporting the Showground are many other facilities such as telephones, toilet and shower blocks. Ample car parking is available and access can be gained directly into the Show.
