Malcolm is the General Manager of the Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society. He deals with Policy and Show Proceduresand is Manager of Estates. He also acts as Secretary to the Directorate Personnel Relations.

Gaynor Hamer - Show Orginaser

Gaynor is responsible for all Show issues. These include Trade Stands, Show Jumping, Livestock & Horse Classes, Schedule, Catalogue & Programme Printing, Judges, Contracts, Exhibitors etc.

Grace - Show Administrator

Grace assists Gaynor with Show issues. Some of her responsibilities
include Membership, Rosettes, Craft & Horticulture, Sub-Shows, Newsletters, Food Concessions etc.

Myfanwy Chapman - Finance Officer

Myfanwy takes responsibility for Finance, Advertising, Function & Room Lettings, Rents, Beer and Spirit Orders etc.
