Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society is governed by an executive committee of elected members and day to day management of the Society’s activities is carried out by a dedicated team of staff at the County Show Offices at the Showground in Haverfordwest.

Society Staff

Malcolm Crossman - General Manager

Malcolm is the General Manager of the Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society. He deals with Policy and Show Procedures and is Manager of Estates. He also acts as Secretary to the Directorate Personnel Relations.

Gaynor Brown - Show Organiser

Gaynor is responsible for all Show issues - Contracts / Trade Stands / Show Jumping / Livestock & Horse Classes / Schedule, Catalogue & Programme Printing / Judges / Exhibitors etc.

Beverley Gardner - Show Administrator

Beverley assists Gaynor with Show issues, her responsibilities include Show Advertising / Membership / Rosettes / Craft & Horticulture / Sub-Shows / Food Concessions etc.

Myfanwy Chapman - Finance Officer

Myfanwy takes responsibility for Finance / Estate Advertising - Function & Room Lettings / Rental Agreements etc.
