What’s on at the 2010 Pembrokeshire County Show...

We’ve got another fantastic line-up for this year’s Pembrokeshire County Show- as well as all the displays, livestock, equestrian events, competitions, amazing food, shopping and arts and crafts we’ve booked some extra special entertainment for our arena. Here’s what we’ve got so far – watch out for new events appearing in the run up to the show...

Royal Navy Raiders Parachute Display Team

We're pleased to announce that the Royal Navy Raiders Parachute Display Team will be joining the line-up for this year's show. This promises to be one of the highlights of the Show, with the team putting on a spectacular display as they jump from approximately 5000 feet, landing in the main arena. The Raiders use a variety of aircraft from which to perform the displays, including Sea King, Puma and Lynx helicopters, and civilian fixed wing aircraft. They have around 10 seconds of freefall, before deploying their parachute then have a descent under canopy of around 2 minutes from a height of 3000 ft, the normal parachute opening height.

You won't want to miss this opportunity to see one of the UK's finest parachute display teams in action.

Titan the Robot

Titan the Robot is a high tech awe inspiring Robot from Cyberstein, it took 4 years to build this amazing 8ft tall robot, it's fully animatronic and articulated, including over 200 hyper bright blue LEDs and on-board sound effects - if you have missed Titan, he will be with us again for the three full days!

Rockwood Dog Display Team

Martin Winfield and the team have made countless appearances on National TV and have appeared at many of the country's leading outdoor events, including live performances at Crufts. A high profile team with breathtaking stunts, beautifully performed and professionally displayed, a show not to be missed.

Lennie the Land Train

Take a ride on "Lennie" - this fun land train pulls two covered carriages with up to 24 passengers. At 27ft long and full of happy people he will make you smile as he drives past.

Mounted Games Association of GB

This fast moving, action-packed equestrian display makes superb entertainment for audiences of all ages. Teams of young riders on very fast ponies display their riding and athletic skills in a series of obstacle and relay races.
